Return, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Order Cancellations

  • Time Frame: You can cancel an order or part of it within 72 hours of order confirmation if you change your mind.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 2.5% cancellation fee applies to the refunded amount. Any cashback earned on the order will be deducted from your Eeon credits. If that cashback has been used on another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.

How to Cancel an Order?

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
  2. Click the "Cancel Item" button next to the product you wish to cancel.
  3. If you are a guest user, contact Customer Care at 9415724946 to request cancellation.
  4. For refund details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Returning an Item

  • Return Window: You can return an item within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, return requests are no longer accepted.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • Defective Product: Returns are accepted if the product is defective, i.e., flawed in manufacturing (e.g., imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc.). Natural material characteristics like wood appearance or texture are not considered defects.
  • Non-Functional Product: If a product (e.g., electronics or items with batteries) is dead on arrival, only replacements will be offered.

Non-Eligible for Return or Replacement

  • Damaged or Missing Parts: Claims for damaged or missing items must be raised during delivery. No claims will be accepted once delivery is completed.
  • Installation Issues: Wall mounting services are not provided by Eeon, and returns for installation issues are not accepted.
  • Post-Delivery Damage: Eeon is not responsible for any damage that occurs after successful delivery (e.g., during relocation or reassembly).

How to Initiate a Return Request?

  1. Take 2-3 clear photographs of the product. Ensure at least one image shows the entire item, while others focus on the defect.
  2. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders." Click "Return This Product" next to the item.
  3. Choose the reason for return, upload the images, and submit the request.
  4. Our team will contact you within 24 hours for evaluation.

Return Pickup Process

  • After technician evaluation, return pickup will be scheduled within 72 hours. Keep the product’s original packaging and accessories for a successful pickup.

 

Refund Process

Refund Payment Modes

  • You can receive refunds through your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, or UPI) or in your Eeon Wallet.
  • If you used EMI, full refunds are credited to your original payment method, while partial refunds are processed via NEFT.

Refund Timelines

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds take 3-10 business days, depending on the method:
    • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI: 2-3 business days
    • Offline: 7-10 business days
